You’ll need a current eyeglass prescription from an optometrist or eye-care professional. Your prescription should include the information required for your lenses, such as SPH, CYL, AXIS and PD, where applicable.
If you don’t have a current prescription, we recommend having an eye exam before placing your order.

Prescription lenses are custom-made based on the prescription and lens options you submit.
Production usually takes approximately 14-21 business days before your order is ready to ship. More complex prescriptions or certain high-index lens options may require additional processing time.
Shipping time is additional and depends on your destination.
We currently offer three prescription lens types:
- Blue Light Blocking — for everyday use and screen-heavy environments.
- Photochromic — lenses that adapt their tint in changing light conditions.
- Black Tinted — dark tinted prescription lenses for outdoor use and a sunglasses-style look.
We offer different lens indexes to help balance lens thickness, prescription strength and comfort:

If you’re purchasing a new pair, choosing the prescription option during your smart glasses order is usually the easiest way to receive your glasses configured for your vision needs.
Custom prescription lenses are covered against manufacturing defects under our prescription lens warranty.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, scratches from improper cleaning or storage, accidental damage, incorrect prescription information submitted by the customer, or changes in your prescription after the lenses have been made.

Because prescription lenses are custom-made according to your individual prescription and selected lens options, they are not treated the same as standard non-customized products.
Please review our Prescription Lens Return & Warranty Policy before placing your order. If your lenses arrive with a confirmed manufacturing defect or do not match the prescription information you submitted, please contact us for assistance.
