One such test is our Hinge Durability Simulation.
When we source a new batch of metal for our hinges or consider a new alloy, we cannot simply take the supplier's word for its durability. We must validate it ourselves.
This is where our custom-built testing jig comes in. We use it to subject sample materials and prototype hinges to an accelerated lifetime of use. By opening and closing the mechanism thousands of times under controlled conditions, we gather invaluable data on:
