2. Orders Processing Time

  • Standard Orders: Processed in 1-3 business days (excludes weekends/holidays).
  • Custom Orders: Additional 3-5 business days; delays notified via email.
  • Cutoff Time: Orders placed after 12 PM GMT are processed the next business day.

4. Shipping Fees

* Free Shipping: Applies to:

  • All orders from local warehouses.
  • International Economy shipments.

* Fast Shipping: Extra US$50 will be charged if upgrade to International Standard shipping for faster delivery for the goods sent from China Warehouse.

5. Customs & Import Taxes

International customers may be subject to customs fees (varies by country). OHO SUNSHINE is not responsible for these charges.
