Limited Warranty Coverage
This warranty covers manufacturing defects for 12 months from purchase.
Note: Defects discovered within the first 14 days may qualify for a refund under our Refund Policy.
OhO Sunshine warrants that its Smart Glasses ("Product")—including frames, lenses, and electronic components—are free from manufacturing defects for 12 months from the original purchase date. OhO Sunshine reserves the right to determine whether a defect qualifies under this warranty. During the warranty period, OhO Sunshine will at its option:
- Repair the defective Product.
- Replace it with a comparable unit.
Warranty Services
1. Repaired/Replaced Products:
- Covered for 30 days.
- OhO Sunshine covers the shipping costs for warranty repairs/replacements.
2. Required for Claims:
- Dated proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation).
- Product must be returned in its original packaging (if requested).
Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
- Damage from misuse, accidents, or neglect (e.g., drops, impacts).
- Water exposure or extreme environmental conditions.
- Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or tampering with electronic components.
- Normal wear and tear (e.g., scratches on lenses/frames).
- Use of non-OhO Sunshine chargers leading to electrical overload.
- Purchases from unauthorized sellers.
- Out-of-Warranty Repairs.
After the warranty expires:
- Repairs are offered at OhO Sunshine's discretion for a fee.
- Replacement parts (e.g., lenses) may be purchased via ohosunshine.com.
Limitations of Liability
OhO Sunshine is not responsible for:
- Data loss or damage due to defects/repairs.
- Accidents, injuries, or misuse of the Product.
- Costs beyond repair/replacement (e.g., incidental damages).
